A Hall of Fame Steelers coach flagged for yanking a Bengals player's arm

The play started off innocently enough, with Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jordan Todman running toward the left sideline for a short gain. He was then driven out of bounds by Bengals safety Reggie Nelson, and that's where things got a little bit murky.

Nelson shoved Todman out of bounds -- with a clean hit -- and kept right on running, carried by his momentum into Pittsburgh assistant Mike Munchak. It at first appeared as though Munchak was simply trying to catch Nelson and prevent him from falling to the ground as Todman did, but check out what happens toward the end of this GIF below:

Yeah. That's definitely not OK. Munchak straight-up grabbed hold of Nelson's arm, then yanked it, like he was trying to pull it out of the socket. He also pulled Nelson's hair. We don't want to impute intent on Munchak here, but what he did is just not something you do in the normal course of a collision with somebody.
Munchak was rightfully flagged on the play. Nelson, meanwhile, left with an (unrelated) injury a few plays later.
